Real Estate Agent Recruiter - Outbound Phonecalls

Position Summary

Our real estate branch is looking to hire one individual to perform outbound recruiting and appointment setting calls for 10 hours a week (up to 15 depending on results). Interviews will begin After July 4th. You will be working closely with the office assistant and broker to ensure appointments are made every week. There is some small potential for the position to evolve into a more active administrative role in the distant future.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calling new and seasoned agents on a weekly basis.
  • Setting appointments with the broker and broker assistant.
  • Securing at least 5 appointments per week.
  • Checking in with the office assistant every morning and afternoon, M-F.
  • Getting agents’ contact information so we can add them to follow-up campaigns.
  • Use our predetermined scripts and lists to make phone calls.

To be considered you must meet the following requirements:

  • Your own computer and internet access
  • A smartphone
  • Experience in either real estate, sales, recruiting, talent-acquisition, real-estate investing or call center-related work
  • Clear and friendly communication
  • Ability to handle constant rejection and maintain a growth-minded outlook
  • Ability to work and adjust based one’s own direction.
